Dustin Ens said his wife didn’t have any other known health conditions when she fell ill with the flu on New Year’s Day. Two days later, her symptoms worsened and they visited a walk-in clinic near their home in Mordon, Man. The infection diseases specialist at the University Health Network stressed that influenza can be serious, and “can affect anybody.”

Irresponsible comment when there are many of us out there that cannot take the damned shots due to chemical sensitivity and allergies. No one should take a medication unless they have been screened for adverse reactions prior by a doctor looking at their individual medical hist.

I haven't gotten the flu shot in over 20+ years. I wash my hands all the time and disinfect all surfaces my family touches when they get sick. You must change your toothbrush too!
