According to Gatineau police, Quebec’s Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions has approved .charges against two men in their 30s on the speedboat including criminal harassment, assault with a weapon, assault causing harm, mischief over $5,000 and other charges.People facing criminal charges are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
