2019-20 season is done. Training camp in September doubtful. If there isn’t a vaccine widely distributed no one in their right mind is going to hang out in any arena or stadium.
It would be kind of hard to finish off the season with the Canada/US border closed to non-essential travel. I don't see it opening up any time soon.

Does the US not have a 14 day quarantine for incoming travel? Because if it does than that wouldn't matter for Canada as a large number of players aren't in the US right now anyway they either went back to Canada or their homes in Europe.
