Thousands of Fisher-Price Little People ‘Mickey & Friends’ figure packs sold in Canada are being recalled because two of the figures pose a choking hazard.
Health Canada says the recall involves the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures that were part of the pack and the problem is their heads can come off. There haven’t been any reports of detachments or injuries in Canada. In the U.S., there have been three reports of the heads coming off of the figures, but no injuries have been reported.The figure pack can be identified by the model number HPJ88 which can be found on the base of the Goofy figure.
If you have the affected product, you should stop using the Daisy and Donald figures right away and contact Mattel for a refund.to get a pre-paid return label emailed to you and when the figures are sent back, Mattel will send you a refund.
