If it's going to cost $36 million to fix the old one, and it's only worth $12 million, seems like it's about time to replace it. Sucks that basic maintenance and repairs have been turned into a political matter, but here we are.
I'd say save money during this time revisit in 2025 I mean PM is getting divorced so really doesnt need the big residence & would be nice to quit the spending in economic crisis
