Canada has been fortunate in dealing with the COVID-19 outbreak so far, Prime Minister Trudeau says

says the government is already preparing to do more if need be to provide support to Canadians as the situation progresses, including providing EI sickness benefits to those who don’t qualify for the program, such as those who are self-employed and “gig economy” workers.

Trudeau wouldn’t say if there would be a time when the government needs to take stricter measures like community-wide lock downs, such as those in China and Italy. “While we are prepared for a wide range of scenarios, we will focus right now on what needs to be done now and endeavour to make sure that is enough, that we don’t have to take future steps.”There are few confirmed instances of community transmission of the virus that causes COVID-19 in Canada, but the number of cases continues to grow.

Provinces start offering in-home testing for novel coronavirusB.C. and Alberta are already testing patients for the novel coronavirus at home. In Toronto, public-health nurses have been providing limited ‘clearance’ testing in the private residences of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 The Uber of Coronavirus. Ontarians, really don’t need hospitalization. Frauds efficiency clearly shows you can self diagnose, self test, self medicate, & we could learn to enjoy self enemas! Self Covid diagnosis! I have doubts this will be sustainable in the long run. South Korea, Germany and hopefully soon Washington have drive through testing in their attempts to stop the spread. I also believe early detection is why SK’s mortality rate is so low in comparison
