Family of woman killed in fiery crash sues convicted driver, London, Ont. bar for $3MStaff didn’t try to stop a \u0022visibly intoxicated\u0022 customer from driving after overserving him before the crash that killed a St. Thomas woman, lawsuit alleges Is it legal to seize car keys from someone who is intoxicated? I’m genuinely curious about this. I know morally the answer is yes but legally? Lawyers always sue the entity with money. Regardless of fault. Always go where money is! I feel for the family, but Suing the bar and staff is non sensical and only being done to try to grab a few more $$$...imagine a scenario where someone is stabbed to death and the victims family ends up suing the Walmart the knife was purchased at..ridiculous.

Family of little boy struck at Kensington Road crosswalk want city to make safety improvementsResidents who live near Kensington Road in the northwest are calling on the City of Calgary to decrease the number of lanes at the intersection where an 8-year-old boy was struck by a car in the spring. People who don't pay attention won't change no matter what we do with roads. We unfortunately need to keep our eyes open and not put trust in other people to obey the rules. It's no good being dead right. Keep your heads up and expect the unfortunate reality that people are lazy. And need that on NASCAR Drag Strip 18th St SE from 66 Ave to Quarry Park Blvd!!!!!!! Until the CPS start engaging in public safety through enforcement this will continue to happen. We are not being well served by our municipal civil service. Traffic causes more injury and fatality than crime. It also costs more to the healthcare & insurance industry.
