Young ordered Tidwell to forfeit the $90,000 and pay a $10,000 fine. In court, the New Hampshire resident apologized for his actions, saying he owned his mistake. No charges have been filed against Rajaratnam in relation to Tidwell's case. Rajaratnam's lawyer, Samidh Guha, has said he would"cooperate appropriately with the government if and when they reach out to us." Guha declined comment on Wednesday.
