The 23-year-old faces impaired charges as a result

In a news release issued today, Sault Ste. Marie police say they responded to a call around 9 p.m. yesterday of someone asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle in the 600 block of Goulais Avenue.

When they arrived, police saw the accused, and upon waking them, got them to turn off and exit the vehicle. Upon speaking with the accused, officers discovered they were impaired by alcohol.As a result, Zachary Particelli was charged with: The accused was released on an appearance notice and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 12, 2022.
