Drake’s other L: his bid to trademark Canadian cannabis warning labels proves a bust. Via thegrowthop

Drake’s attempt to trademark the warning label that appears on Canadian cannabis products seems to have been a failure.

Although Canada’s ownership of the label was cited as a reason the application was rejected, the primary reason seemed to be that Drake wants to use the symbols for apparel like sneakers, hoodies and other streetwear, but that Pineapple Express Inc. already owns the trademark in that context. The U.S. government publicly filed the rejection letter, which outlined a variety of reasons for the refusal, including that the symbol could be used to sell federally prohibited products like cannabis, or confused with others symbols.

Manufacturing Bust Cost Canadian Men Hundreds Of Thousands Of JobsFewer men have jobs, and they're earning less, since factories shut down. But they're still ahead of women No jobs for men in Canada but lots of jobs foe women-how does that help Canada move forward in 2020 What a sexist position. If men considered working in “care” industries (child, youth, seniors, health, etc) & pursued the credentials there would be lots of jobs, & guess what, those wages would rise... determining that a career path is male or female is false.
