The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of B.C. says the men are involved in gang violence and pose a risk to others around them

Of the four from 2021 that did not make this year’s list – Meninder Dhaliwal was shot to death in Whistler on July 24, Brothers Keeper member Min Zin died of a suspected overdose in Sault Ste. Marie in August last year, Wolf Pack leader Damion Ryan wasThe four new names added to the 2022 list are Jagdeep Cheema, 30, Gurpreet Dhaliwal, 35, Sukhdeep Pansal, 33, and 40-year-old Andy St. Pierre.

“These individuals are known to police and have been connected to high levels of gang and organized crime-related violence,” said unit spokesperson Sgt. Brenda Winpenny. “Police believe that anyone with, or in the proximity to these individuals may be putting themselves at risk.” The public is being urged to avoid interacting with them “as police believe these individuals may be targets for future violence.”

“I want to reassure the public that the police have allocated significant investigative and operational resources to address gang violence,” she said.
