CTVToronto So where do we, as Canadians, get tested for Covid within the 24 hr period before our flight? Ontario has made it very hard to get tested

Dont go.

When we drove back from being down south we showed our passports, verbalized vaccine status and our youngest age 9 (not vaccinated) was tested on the way back but was not asked for test or results. Very smooth crossing.

But for travellers heading south of the border, the U.S. still has several restrictions in effect, including mandatory pre-departure C-19 tests for those flying into the country. So what about thousands and thousands of illegal immigrants coming into the USA from the south ...

FYI: avoid traveling to the USA. End of story.

We went south this weekend and they didn't even want the vaccine passport. Just answer some random questions, show regular passport and carry on. Coming home was the same, didn't even want to see ArriveCAN, just regular passports and good to go.
