Devon Sinclair Marsman, 16, was last heard from the week of Feb. 21 and was reported missing on March 4. - Family photo via Halifax Regional PoliceHALIFAX, N.S. — The provincial Justice Department is offering up to $150,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction of those responsible for the disappearance of Devon Sinclair Marsman.

Marsman, 16, was last seen on Feb. 24 in the Halifax area and was reported missing by family members on March 4. Marsman is described as African Nova Scotian, standing about five feet tall and weighing around 100 pounds. He has blue-green eyes and short dark hair. When last seen, he was wearing a hooded sweater and jeans."We urge anyone with information about this missing teenager to reach out to the rewards program," Brad Johns, attorney general and minister of justice, said in a news release.
