Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly has seen some director-level changes in her office of late, including Caroline Séguin’s exit as director of outreach and strategic initiatives at the start of the month Caroline Séguin is no longer working for the foreign affairs minister.
Led by chief of staff Peter Wilkinson, who is supported by deputy chief of staff Alexandre Boulé, other director-level staff currently working for Joly are: Tania Belisle-Leclerc, director of policy; Michel Breau, director of parliamentary affairs; Lauren Hadaller, deputy director of parliamentary affairs; Maéva Proteau, director of security, intelligence, and consular affairs; and Elizabeth Anderson, director of operations.
