The property, spanning from 553 to 573 Prince Street, will be developed by local entrepreneur Joe Pinto. The Town of Truro reports it will be a mixed-use building containing 88 residential units, street-level commercial units, and underground tenant parking for 100 vehicles. They announced the signing via social media on March 19, stating it would be Truro's"tallest" and"largest" building.

"I own some property all around that , and the town had some land that was available," said Pinto in an interview on March 21."Joining the two together allows for a bigger project rather than a smaller one."
