“At the 190 O’Connor Street office building, which is approximately 95 per cent leased, all of these tenants have the right to parking across the street. The current landlord of that office building does not have the legal right or permission to simply relocate their parking elsewhere, and it will constitute a material breach of their contracts,” said Howe.
