The suspect is a South Asian or dark-skinned man, 25 to 30 years old with a short beard, large nose, large lips and is about 5-foot-8 to 6-foot tall. He was wearing a black puffer jacket, red T-shirt, black jeans, black shoes, black toque with a brown bobble on top and with AirPods in his ears. Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 11 a.m. and noon who may have seen this man, to please contact the Delta police at 604-946-4411.
In the Jan. 21 incident, the suspect was described as a South Asian man, aged 20 to 30 years old, 6-foot tall, with broad shoulders, and wearing a sky-blue toque with a grey zip-up hoodie, black windbreaker and blue jeans. “While the two incidents are not confirmed to be connected, the possibility is being considered and evidence from both files is being compared,” the department spokesperson said.
