CAFs assumes control over every crime involving military members. Victims are told either CFNIS handles the case or it’s thrown out.Victims have Zero recourse. CAF deals directly with crown attorneys at victims expense. Sexual assault/rape victims are 13yr old cadets
The sexual misconduct/rape/sexual assault of persons in the military are not included in Stats Canada. Stat Cda Indigenous Crime everything shared. CAF did census within military they knew the reality for decades. CAF investigates all crimes involving military.
