, according to research by Beer Canada. What was once a product some perceived as only for pregnant women, people with substance-abuse problems and middle-aged men is now marketed to health-conscious consumers, particularly those of a younger demographic. Among the few other Canadian craft brewers making non-alcoholic beers, Quebec’s Microbrasserie Le BockAle produces a non-alcoholic IPA, stout and Berliner Weisse alongside a lineup of conventional alcoholic beers, and Calgary’s Village Brewery does the same with a non-alcoholic pale ale. But Calgary-based Partake, which brews in Toronto, is the only craft brewer in Canada focused exclusively on non-alcoholic beer.
