COVID-19: What's open and closed in Metro Vancouver due to coronavirus

Here’s a list of what’s open and closed during this time. If you know of a business offering modified hours or alternate operations, email reporter Stephanie Ip at, which operates Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver and Richmond Centre, will limit mall operating hours beginning Monday, March 16. Instead of their usual hours, the two malls will only be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, for a period of two weeks. Hours will be re-evaluated at that time.

MEC will also limit its shopping hours beginning March 16, opening only from 12 to 6 p.m. each day. The chain will also halt their in-store clinics, events and rental programs until further notice, as well as closing their community room spaces.Pacific Centre shopping mall in downtown Vancouver.
