Aren't heart attack symptoms often mistaken for acid reflux - & vice versa? I once had what I thought was a very uncomfortable bacterial infection in an eye, went to emerg & it turned out to be shingles on my eyelid, caught very early so easy recovery & didn't affect my vision.
