Speaking to CP24 on Sunday morning, Mayor John Tory said people shouldn’t hold their breath when it comes to the annual St. Patrick’s Day parade in Toronto in March.
“If I was guessing man… the things are still so serious that the notion that we should be having a parade in March, which is just a couple of months literally from now, I would say is doubtful.” The pandemic forced the city move all of its major events to virtual platforms last year and the mayor noted that in the coming weeks, the city will start to have to make decisions about how events can proceed this summer.
Where are the vaccines, other countries are way ahead of us!
