That's nice but why didn't the do-gooders dine out in droves at Somalian, Yemeni, Venezuelan, Ethiopian and Palestinian delicacies? Oh that's right, maybe they're not as 'civilized' or white enough, or European enough, which makes their lives much less important, right G&M?
