Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc, left, Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly, and Jody Thomas, the prime minister's national security adviser, have been summoned to appear before the House Affairs Committee over their knowledge of China's interference in the 2019 federal election.
