CAMPANELLI, Ezio Paolo

In loving memory of Ezio Paolo Campanelli, 88 years, passed peacefully Friday June 28, 2024, with loving family by his side.Loving son of Achille and Emma Campanelli. Dear brother to Orlando Campanelli and Maria Bertozzi .

Devoted father to Mauro , Daniele , Tina , and Linda . Cherished Nonno to Christopher , Kyle , Evan, Blake, Max, Matteo and Miley. Born in Rosciano, Fano, Italy in 1935, Ezio took to helping others from an early age as he learned to repair bicycles before the age of 10. He arrived in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on Canada Day in 1953 . Once in Sudbury, Ezio began work at INCO until taking on the trade of plasterer with Prosperi Plastering for well over 25 years. Ezio played a very important role in forming the Associazione Marchigiana di Sudbury and served as an executive on the board for the better part of 10 years.

His most important roles in life were devoted husband, father and Nonno, and serving as caregiver to his wife in her later years. His teachings and life lessons will be practiced for generations to come.He will be missed by all.Friends may gather from 4-8PM on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.Interment in the family plot at Civic Cemetery.Service Details Provided by: Lougheed Funeral Homes
