Richard MacKenzie - Richard MacKenzieBROOKFIELD - There is still time to purchase a ticket for the Brookfield Elks Sports Draw which is in year 86 of its operation.“It's fantastic how they keep coming back year after year,” said Brookfield Athletic Association’s Hugh Matheson as he recently sold tickets from the Canadian Tire store in Truro.

It’s also noted on the association’s website that they keep an inventory of pins from over the many years and people who may be missing one or two, or have duplicates they don’t need, should contact them.Matheson talked about the partnerships which have developed over the years with businesses like Canadian Tire and Atlantic Superstore.

“And with Superstore as well, we have another partnership with the same idea,” Matheson added, referencing Superstore’s President Choice Children Charities initiative.
