The driver was dropping off a fare near Kipling Avenue and Rowntree Road Sunday when the boy climbed into the back seat.The driver told officers the boy shot him in the head.
The driver fled to a nearby building, but the teen chased him and caught up with the driver when he fell.The driver was taken to hospital and it was determined he had been shot with pellets from a pellet gun.Police say they recovered the pellet handgun and other items of evidentiary value.
