A boss who 'loves' to make the lives of his employees miserable decides to take it a step further by demanding an in-depth description of their holiday plans.

This situation made the OP question whether what her boss was doing was even legal, especially because she had a vacation planned at the time of the post, and she really didn’t feel like telling her boss all the details about it.
