BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs That's fine wait till Clifford dusts him tomorrow that frenchie better answer the bell it was a dirty hit no question

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Not suspension worthy but how was that missed on the ice? Cross check from behind a couple of feet from the boards should be automatic.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Kadri would have got 6 games

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Nor should he be.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs The NHL player safety Parros and Walkom are both a joke when it comes to player safety. It seems when it comes questionable hits on the Leafs. No one seems to get suspended. They also didn’t want to hear Torts whine or blow a gasket. Parros and Walkom need to RESIGN.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs It makes no sense punishing Pierre-Luc for this freak accident.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Why? It was a dirty hit.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Don’t think it’s suspension worthy. Do think it’s a dirty play. Maybe Clifford can goat him into a scrap and lay a beating on him.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs I would hope not since he was finishing a check in the playoffs, had no intent to injure, it wasn’t a penalty on the play, and was clearly a freak incident

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Big oofs to some of the other replies I’m seeing here, and tbh I’m ok with no discipline but lbh here if that’s 43_Kadri laying that cross check that’s the remainder of the series probably at least

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs It wasn't just a 'cross check' it was a hit directly from behind. Practically speaking, I don't care bc we're going to beat the living shit out of the blue jackets and Muzzin will be OK, but this is objectively a terrible, dangerous decision by the league.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs No cause it wasn't a leafs player doing it 🤔

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Why? Because he managed to avoid the boards, which then caused him to connect with a knee? Was it not a crosscheck in the back? I’m pretty sure a lot of questionable hits that result in an injury did not play out the way the initiator intended (meaning harm was not intended).

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs Good. He should be given a raise.

BlueJacketsNHL MapleLeafs As it should be. LeafsForever

Leafs can do the league a solid by eliminating boring Blue JacketsColumbus have taken a bunch of guys who at one point in their professional development were artists and turned them into a bunch of house painters What about Torts? He's fun to watch! I love how well this aged... the Leafs get knocked out by such a ‘boring’ team, so it speaks volumes about how the ‘overhyped’ Leafs are inadequate in postseason action despite the incredible discrepancy in salary. So much money wasted for a team that can’t advance. Overrated.
