Maybe start small,like enforce proper wearing of visor so it actually protects the eyes....and stop spreading the temple area of helmets so visors are easier to screw on to the helmet...

What a crock. Read 'Game Change' by Ken Dryden, and then look at everything Bettman says.

Maybe if the league admitted the relationship between concussions and CTE we could actually believe a word of what he says.
