I wonder what historic documents they want destroyed to rewrite History

I agree. The museum needs upgrades in accessibility, preservation, historical factuality, but nothing approaching $1 Billion. Who in BC can afford to spend 3 days near Victoria to fully appreciate the BC Museum these days anyway?

that is why these western political circus rarely get things done. A new party if comes to power will cancel almost everything then start all over again...nothing get done that way. Money wasted just for the election for these fat cats.

There are far more pressing things to do with the money than spend it on a museum that costs $25 to get into and that 1% of the BC population will ever see it. Its a tourist business. Give the artifacts back to the Indigenous nations so they can choose how to display them.

If or when he gets in, it’ll likely be halfway done. Don’t waste time at the point, make sure it’s done, otherwise it’ll be just like the Massey Bridge. Canceled and money wasted.

John Horgan have a say?

They tell you to blow the last of all your money left on personnel lawyers and private investigators to do their job. It’s infuriating to read countless articles lately about circumstances similar to this. 1/2 And they wonder why BLM resonates with more than just Indigenous and People of Colour. Is it really too much to ask of them to simply pursue the law let alone fair and competently!? The outrageously high cost of living here is a direct cause of being the… 2/3 …money laundering and fraud capital of the world. Then, they need more funding for said high cost of living on their members while the public bears the cost of farming out their jobs to the private sector.
