First time I ever took a flex rate on mortgages and my cost is 1% more in less then 2yrs. I am nervous about more punishment. I shouldn't have listened to the bank clerk who said I likely safe with a flex. BankOfCanada

EvanLSolomon Hey deniers — check this shit out! I always point to insurance companies and actuaries to prove this is real. Maybe deniers can have a similar look at the industry and finally see the truth?

True, climate change IS a financial risk, for all participants at the bottom of the Ponzi pyramid.

Climate change: the scam that keeps on giving.

Of course Trudeau wants to make it an election issue - why are arms length government institutions in the tank for Trudeau

🙄

Of course they did, money money money, that's what it's all about isn't it!

Meaning, the hysterical actions of climate fatalists will create risks.

Of course they do. The emergency is the Trudeau government needs more revenue.

They have been here for years, Manulife, I had one with them 15 years ago. They do that here in South Korea buy it's only 1 year of interest payments. No biggie as long as you stay informed before you sign. It gives you a bit of a break to settle down, furnish your home, etc before the larger payments start.
