Wine collector James Bell, who is part of a wine club that ships wines from around the world, including from across Canada into Alberta , was confused when he heard about the shipping restrictions .

Wine clubs provide access to unique wines that are not available in grocery stores. This decision limits the availability of higher-end boutique products
