Rafael Ronny Garcia was charged for alleged offences in Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Burnaby and Surrey.

A B.C. man has pleaded guilty to nine identity fraud, impersonation, break and enter and breach charges from a possible 35 charges involving offences throughout Metro Vancouver.

He was released on bail five times but now remains in custody after being denied bail in October 2023 after 11 new charges relating to alleged March 2023 crimes were laid. He has been charged with breaking and entering, possession of a credit card or a fake credit card belonging to someone else knowing it was obtained in an offence and stealing mail in connection with Jan. 24, 2021 Coquitlam incidents.
