The grant will not affect other supports through the provincial Emergency Support Services program. It's pretty obvious by the geological record that this has been occuring for 100 million yrs. I don't know about that, I've been in quite a few Canadian museums and have seen photos of various places in Canada, especially in that area, that have seen way worse flooding around a hundred years ago. Maybe this is more expensive. These rain storms are very intense. We used to call them the “ Pineapple Express “. Because the warm and cool air over the ocean tracked in some mega water. It has happened in my life time for sure. Many times. I just hope everyone can recover unharmed and makes better choices
