14-year-old male charged with murder in Winnipeg Canada Day shootingWinnipeg police have charged a 14-year-old male with first-degree murder in connection with a homicide on Canada Day that left a 27-year-old woman dead. Very sad! Good job dad! 👍 Mom! Throw the book at him. We need to toughen up the under 18 criminal laws. When you’re 14 and you take a gun, point it at someone, and pull the trigger, you know that you are killing someone. I don’t believe people under 18 don’t understand the consequences of their actions.
