On Saturday, Kiyara Letlow led the Capers to an 82-53 win, scoring 23 points and adding 18 rebounds. Hailey Macleod of Marion Bridge added 17 points for the Capers.Letlow was also a force in the Capers' season-opening 67-54 win Friday, draining 22 points and hauling in 19 rebounds. Chermensa Van La Parra adding 17 points for the Cape Breton.Ceejay Hanson takes the ball to the net for a layup as the Cape Breton Capers men’s basketball team played the Dalhousie Tigers in Halifax on Saturday.

On Friday, Tyson Cato had 20 points and 10 rebounds in an 82-67 Capers win to open the season. Justus Peuser added 18 points for Cape Breton.Both Capers teams are back in action Wednesday when they host the Saint Mary’s Huskies at the Sullivan Field House.
