The Victoria Film Festival came to a close Sunday night, wrapping a very successful 29th edition, according to organizers.Organizers announced its award-winning entries on Sunday, which included The Eight Mountains , Viking , Sam Now , and Driving Madeline .
My Name is Arnold, by Victoria writer-director Arnold Lim, won audience favourite in the short film category.
