Exposed by her business coach who was the creator of 3rd Degree, which had everything Mills envisioned for her own gym.

“It's just something that we love to do. It's just nice to see people come in and, maybe at first, not be able to stand on one leg but be able to stand on one leg in like four weeks.” And the accessibility extends beyond the classes and instruction to the set-up. Mills said she was impressed by the number of requirements that needed to be added to include the gym in the back of Simply for Life, which is all on one-level. Both women talked about the accessible washroom.
