Sackville RCMP responded to a well-being check for a person living at a residence on King Street just after 4 p.m.The RCMP’s major crime unit determined her death to be a homicide. At around 5:30 p.m. that same day, the man turned himself in to the Antigonish RCMP in Nova Scotia and was then arrested in connection with the investigation.
Roger Crossman, 62, appeared in Moncton provincial court by tele-remand and was charged with the first-degree murder of Marlene Cheryl Crossman.Roger is set to appear in court again on Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m.
