In a news release on Thursday, police said they arrested and charged an Ottawa man, 19, with second-degree murder in the death of Issaïh Jünger on Feb. 6. Jünger, 18, was found with "trauma to his body" in the area of Lansdowne Avenue and Bloor Street W. Police had been called to the area at about 1:28 a.m.
