Three more people in Quebec have died from COVID-19, bringing the total to 25, Quebec Premier Francois Legault said in his daily news conference on Monday.

There are now 3,430 confirmed cases in the province, an increase of 590 positive diagnoses from the day before.

“The fighting against coronavirus is lengthy and we have to be realistic. It’s going to last weeks,” he said. “I know there are a lot of people working seven days a week.” He also said the government is having “Very advanced” conversations with local manufacturing companies to supply more gear to health care workers.

Brazil's Bolsonaro, who has called COVID-19 'a little flu,' makes life-or-death gambleEven as coronavirus cases mount in Latin America's largest nation, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has staked out the most deliberately dismissive position of any major world leader, calling the pandemic a momentary, minor problem and saying strong measures to contain it are unnecessary. This creature is worst than Trump😏 He did nothing to the Amazon back then.. Do the Brazilian people like being guinea pigs? I guess what happens in Brazil will tell the rest of us if we've gone through is worth it. 'Natural immunity'? Where the Hell did he pull that one out of? Oh, wait, he's a Trump wannabe, right, that explains his lack of intelligence and common sense.
