Toronto police are investigating a "swarming" assault of two TTC employees on a bus Monday afternoon, police and the transit agency say.Attack happened on 43 Kennedy bus route after school, injuries not life-threatening, police sayToronto police say about 10 to 15 young people attacked 2 TTC employees on a bus in Scarborough after school on Monday.
Police said the assaults happened on the 43 Kennedy bus in the area of Kennedy and Merrian roads, south of Eglinton Avenue East. Officers were called to the bus at about 3:35 p.m and went to the scene with TTC special constables.
Once the culprits have been identified their names should be released to the media and public. They have no consequences otherwise as know they will be protected by the Youth Justice Act. This is now becoming a public safety issues and appropriate measures should be in place
