Former NSW Police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon has made a major change to his legal team as his double homicide case returned to court.

Lawyer representing former NSW Police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon withdraws from double murder case, court hears

The case was briefly heard in Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday morning for a committal mention before Magistrate Clare Farnan. The court heard Mr Lamarre-Condon's new legal team had received the majority of a brief of evidence, which includes hard-drives and USBs. However, Magistrate Farnan told Mr Lamarre-Condon was not required to be on screen and he was excused from the proceedings. His bail was refused, and the proceedings were adjourned until November 19.
