Country singer Wynonna Judd’s daughter was released from the Elmore County jail Thursday afternoon, more than a month and a half after she was taken into custody.

Grace Kelley was arrested on indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations charges on April 5. Court filings indicate she has entered guilty please on both charges. At the time she was being released, an additional charge of soliciting prostitution was listed against her on the jail’s website. However, court filings indicate that charge has been dismissed.
According to court documents, Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the busy intersection of I-65 and Highway 14 and sat on the roadside edge, and refused to comply with a police officer prior to her arrest.According to several news sources, the 27-year-old has a troubled past. She was in 2017 for several charges including making, selling, and distributing methamphetamine and then leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program early.
