Telsa Jade Morin and Linda Florence Gladys Sutherland made their first appearances in Saskatoon provincial court Monday morning.

Telsa Jade Morin, 37, and Linda Florence Gladys Sutherland, 42, were charged with second-degree murder in the June 10, 2023 shooting death of a 35-year-old woman at a Riversdale complex located at 315 Avenue H South. According to Saskatoon police, officers and paramedics began life-saving measures at the scene and the woman was taken to Royal University Hospital, where she died of her injuries a short time later. Police said the victim and the two accused appear to have known each other.
