A woman making a DoorDash delivery was shot at several times, from what she believes were 'Orbeez'. Cullman Police confirm the dangerous trend.
A woman reached out to us after being shot at while driving, with what she believes was from an Orbeez gun. An Orbeez gun is essentially a water gun with pellets/beads inside.
White said she didn't realize what was happening in that moment, but she was frightened and tried to drive away, but the truck followed her and continued to hit her car. "They started on my left side, so the dings over here, are basically these splatter dings," said White. Sgt. Adam Clark said the people responsible have been freezing the beads inside. In the four reports that were filed, three were involving Orbeez shot at vehicles and one was at a person. Sgt. Clark said in three of the cases, juvenile suspects have been identified. He explained one person agreed to pay for the damages caused, and in the two other incidents, the juveniles were likely given a court appearance.
