Police are investigating a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in northwest Houston . The incident occurred around 8 a.m. Saturday at the Willow Green apartment complex off Hwy 249 and Tomball Parkway.
A woman was shot to death, and the suspect fled the scene. Witnesses told investigators that the gunman and victim knew each other. Homicide detectives are investigating the case.
