Tyson Fury’s old enemy Wladimir Klitschko chipped in 🤡
“And I’ll tell you what else, I’m gonna bust you up real bad you little middleweight. I’m going to slap you into a big pile of tattoos, sucker. Come on!”On Thursday night, a day after this was posted, Fury’s old enemy Klitschko left a comment.
The man dethroned by the Brit back in 2015 simply responded with a clown emoji, clearly supporting his friend and fellow Ukrainian.The pair were supposed to rematch the following year, only for Fury to pull out twice and ultimately cancel the clash due to his mental health issues at the time.By the time he returned in 2018, Klitschko had instead fought Anthony Joshua, lost and so retired.
Although Klitschko has teased the possibility of returning to face Fury again, this seems very unlikely given the current situation in Ukraine.Giving an update on that showdown on Thursday, Fury’s UK co-promoter told talkSPORT: “I hope it’s going to happen at the end of March, early April, that’s where we’re looking at the moment.
“So, fingers crossed we get it over the line for that date, but it will definitely, definitely happen.”
