WINDSOR, Colo. — A Windsor police officer was arrested Tuesday following an alleged domestic violence incident in Cañon City in late 2023.
After Windsor police officials learned of the incident, the department notified the Cañon City Police Department and Larimer County Sheriff's Office. Zhizhin was placed on administrative leave. Zhizhin was hired by Windsor PD on April 24, 2023, and was assigned to the patrol division. He remains on administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
